Are you booting from a know, clean CD or USB? A quick Google search
brings up
http://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=usb+antispyware+iso&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
but I haven't tried that one. You can "roll your own"; again, Google is
your friend.

I've seen in the past booting from a known, good CD/USB and running
Malware Bytes and Spybot Search and Destroy (yes, both) has worked.

Try ComboFix and download it from here...no other site.

Disable all anti-virus and then run. Takes a bit of time but it's
good. After it finished try running malwarebytes again. Sometimes I
run both malware and the virus scanner at the same time.
