If someone on Rogers is switching out their old desktop for a new one,
do they need to call Rogers to tell them? I didn't with eastlink...and
don't remember calling them when I was with Rogers...

Oh...and what's a really good web-based email besides gmail or yahoo.

I don't think that's the case anymore, but I could be wrong.

Worse comes to worse, just turn off the modem for 2-3 minutes or
something and then turn it back on.
