You can't mod a 360 and keep the warranty intact. modding it voids the
warranty plain and simple. If they take the little sticker off and put
it back on good the warranty is still voided.

I've modded plently of friends systems and have seen other people mod
their own. I have never seen a way to take the sticker off "right" and
then put it back in place.
When the sticker is being peeled, it leaves behind partial silver
pieces that remain on the console. The sticker comes off 100% but half
of the silver is left. You can try and put it back over but it will
never look right, you can never get all the silver to reallign.
Now you could try the hairdryer/heatgun method where you heat up the
glue enough that you are able to pop it off without leaving any
residue. I havent seen much success and it is a longer process.
I've heard people trying hairdryer and a razor to get the thing off
but I think people at Microsoft can tell if it has been tampered with.

Good luck though.

I doubt you will find anyone to mod your system with any guarantee that you
will still have warranty.
even if your lucky enough that the sticker did sucessfully come off when
you modded the system, what about the second attempt for removal if you need
to remove the chip to send back for repair. Removing it twice without any
signs of tampering would be much harder than even the modchip installation.
the sticker would only be your first problem, you would also have to remove
the modchip without any signs of it even being installed. Atleast you have a
Benq drive, it would be the easiest drive to hide that it was modded.

I can mod it without breaking the seal or voiding trhe warranty, and
if you happen to get "red ring of death" then you can send it back to
microsoft and they will never know a thing about it, gauranteed. Also
you can play backups of your games on xbox live too, if you're
interested drop me a line, people are so uneducated :(
